User declares that they are legally entitled to receive tips in their place of occupation and country of occupation. 3-Collection of Personal Information: a. User acknowledges and understands that TipMyServer.com does not collect any credit card or banking information. 4-Use of Email Address: a. User agrees that their email address may be used solely for the purpose of funds transfer and optional newsletter communication. 5-Responsible Use: a. User agrees to use the services provided by TipMyServer.com responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 6-Suspension or Cancellation of User Account: a. TipMyServer.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a user account if the user engages in posting offensive or illegal information. 7-User Fees: a. TipMyServer.com reserves the right to set and change user fees applicable to all tips processed through TipMyServer.com. Our current fee is set at %3.9 (net of all other applicable fees) Any changes in fees will be communicated to the users in advance. 8-Payment of Tips to User: a. User agrees that they will be transferred their money (their TIPS), typically within 3 to 5 business days (usually) and will only be transferred when the transaction has been approved and cleared by all facilitating financial institutions. TipMyServer.com reserves the right to withhold any Tips that may be flagged as under review by any facilitating financial institution. User agrees that any disputes about the facilitated transaction that requires a refund to the payor of the tip results in a NON-PAYMENT to the user for that individual tip.
